If you are not happy with your purchase, just simply follow the return procedure listed below and we will refund your purchase price of the product minus 20% restocking fee with no questions asked!

All returns must be authorized by Remainstanding.com before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

Please send an e-mail to return@remainstanding .com to receive a return authorization no later than 30 days after original ship date. Please include the following information in your e-mail:

• Name
• Address
• Contact phone number
• Reason for return (if product is defected)
• Item Description

A return authorization will be sent within 24 hours via e-mail. Please print the return authorization email and return with the order.

IMPORTANT: Any return must be authorized by Remainstanding.com  and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
