- Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and can be added to your order during checkout.
Please add the appropriate shipping charges to your order and indicate such in the comments area of the order form
Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.
*Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email normally the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
RemainStanding.com exclusively ships using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship via UPS. We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using them as our main source of shipping. We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.
*Orders received by 4pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to allow you to cancel your order. If you do not wish to cancel, the item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time.
